When you license one or more of our products, you will also receive our corresponding User's Manual(s) as well which can be used for customer support. All documentation was written with the end user in mind, and includes chapter by chapter break-outs of all product tools and functions, an index, a search feature, and a glossary of industry terms. Help files can be accessed via the internet or downloaded as PDF files.
