As a complement to our trading platforms, we offer a full-featured BackOffice Management system. BackOffice is a fantastic tool for managing the entire trading process as a broker/dealer—from helping applicants complete their paperwork to generating files for OATS reporting, and everything in between.
Functions of BackOffice
- easily control the application process;
- create trader profiles (and associated accounts) from application data with minimal effort;
- set unlimited commission schemes to suit your client base;
- determine what trading tools and features customers are allowed to use, what types of trades they are permitted to place, and what limits are set on their trades;
- view and cancel orders placed by customers;
- view detailed trade information for each order placed;
- investigate reasons for rejected trades and deleted executions;
- tweak trading platform settings by enabling and disabling routes to react to market conditions
- set trading platform route sequences to determine which routes receive priority for each order type;
- add symbols to the trading platform and edit them when they change;
- communicate efficiently with traders and applicants via email and/or the trading platform ;
- determine which company employees can access the system, and create Admin User accounts to grant them full or limited access.
- Help files are updated freqently as new features become available.
