Notifications

The Notifications window contains messages from the broker/dealer concerning your account. Notifications can be found on the platform Tool Bar or under the Features drop-down menu.

There are four main message types:

Promotions -- These messages provide information about special offers that may interest you.
Info -- These messages generally provide general information about the platform or trading.
Warning -- These messages alert you when there are trading abnormalities of which you should be aware.
Error -- messages inform you when problems occur with executed trades.

Double-click on the message title to acknowlede receipt and view the message.
To view message details, click the (-) symbol. To hide details, click the (+) symbol.
