Soon after the introduction of their trading platform, it became obvious to RushGroup that a "back end" tool was needed to help correspondents manage their accounts and traders. The BackOffice tool was born.

Broadly speaking, the goal of this system is to help broker/dealers and trading system administrators:
- create trader profiles (and associated accounts) from application data with a minimum of effort;
- set unlimited commission schemes to suit their client base;
- determine what trading tools and features customers are allowed to use, what types of trades they are permitted to place, and what limits are set on their trades;
- view and cancel orders placed by customers;
- view detailed trade information for each order placed;
- investigate reasons for rejected trades and deleted executions;
- tweak trading platform settings by enabling and disabling routes to react to market conditions
- set trading platform route sequences to determine which routes receive priority for each order type;
- communicate efficiently with traders and applicants via email and/or the trading platform ;
- determine which company employees can access the system;
- and much more.
